| I liked this DVD movie Nil by Mouth look real. I have friends from middle class that describes the Nil by Mouth film as "depressing." For me it was uplifting. It was great to see all these people working class, even in a horrible, portrayed with a sense of dignity and sincereness. Not your average plastic film. Real life, real emotions. I liked it, because ultimately portrays the life of the underclass with modern realism. The characters take the story in this movie, so if you like, take a look. Thanks, Gary Oldman. |
| This is a piece of cinema debut at its best. Oldman started to create a rough and colorful picture about the end of life Saafff Lhaandan and in that sense it was successful family f ** chaaaants ah lot! The camera work is disjointed and initially seem awkward, but experts is chosen angles and will soon become exciting. It is well rough and tough around the edges. Take note of the excellent sound design - which really adds to the atmosphere of the city Olman expertly created. Narrative progression is almost nonexistent. Like all the films is not realistic about what is really happening, but the broader issues raised by the smaller events in the film. These include some moments of brutal Winstone and some drinking / clubbing binge. The acting is so good and so believable that I forgot I was watching a Nil by Mouth Drama film - it is almost a documentary, and those unfamiliar with the actors within the movie: Nil by Mouth may be misled to believe what they were seeing. Olman also some subtle symbolism (the time with the red balloon, for example), but is never the machine or distraction. Winstone and Burke are really impressive in this film, and the final is a brilliant piece of ambiguity and hope. Check out the subtle touch Winstone moments with his daughter - one that brings tears to the eyes. Classic in the modern sense of the word. |
| this Nil by Mouth Drama is incredibly hard. took a while for me to enter it - accent barrier and a little too close to reality that is hard to see. but it really is a great Nil by Mouth movie - horrifying and depressing. I could not see him again, it is too hard. Kathy Burke is great as is her husband's frightening. greetings to Gary Oldman for good quality work. |
| Kathy Burke portrays battered women very well - to be taken as part of an end of this great son of the other half. Inenvitable she is back to him (Ray Winstone) after beating his grave as the life he knows and whose traditional views of marriage in the family who wants her son to be raised by a mother and a father . She believes in the extended family love.The plays an important role in supporting her, her mother (Leila Morse) is a hard women, but with a heart. They are not shocked by the course of the supplements destruction caused by alcohol and drug addiction. They just get to work and this is a powerful message that the family, love and support, you can conquer any mountain.People they see as a disturbing and depressing film, but the final gestures and actions of all the characters suggest otherwise. Gary Oldman has done a great job in directing this DivX Movie Nil by Mouth and is brave of him and his sister to face a very difficult subject, obviously, that has so profoundly affected their lives. |
